Everyone involved with Millennium WASPS, from teachers to swimmers and parents should try to be excellent.
Excellence is not about being measured the best in what you do, but being the best you can be, in what you do. so, this is what it means to excellent:

These aims and goals will develop over time and more will be added. We aim to produce a club of excellence, no matter the age or standard, so: be the best you can be, all the time, every time!
We will continue to develop our young swimmers to the best of our ability and ensure that they become as skilled as possible and achieve their full potential.
In the mean time, planning will be important to ensure that we have space for them to progress into. This is going to be a long term aim, but are aiming high and all do want a return to our roots and legacy of 135 years. Like our ambitions over the past 13/14 years, we have the renewed desire and ambition to do so!
